Dr. David Fajgenbaum, The Bone and Joint Surgery Clinic

Dr. David Fajgenbaum of The Bone and Joint Surgery Clinic was born and raised in the West Indies. He attended Tulane University in New Orleans, for both undergraduate and medical school. He went on to complete his internship in general surgery and his residency in orthopaedic surgery at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

He has been a team physician for the North Carolina State University Wolfpack football team since 1989.

Dr. Fajgenbaum’s interests are total joint replacements including hips, knees, and shoulders, and sports medicine.
