Paul C. Peterson, MDPaul C. Peterson, MD, is the medical director of the Sleep Lab and Stroke Center Program at Duke Raleigh Hospital.
Dr. Peterson received his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in 1995 and completed an initial residency in emergency medicine at San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium in 1999 and a second residency at Duke University Medical Center in 2006.
He also completed a fellowship in sleep medicine and electroencepathy at Duke in 2007. He received his undergraduate degree from Texas Lutheran University in Seguin, TX, in 1991.
Dr. Peterson is a member of several professional societies including the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, the American Headache Society, the American Academy of Neurology, and the American College of Emergency Physicians.
